Is the app free for customers?
Yes. The Command.Restaurant app is free on the App Store and Google Play. Dishes cost the restaurant’s own menu price, no tip is ever asked for, and the delivery and service charges are shown in full before you pay.
Do customers need an app?
No. They tap your link and order in their phone browser. Nothing to download and no account required. The app is there for the customers who want delivery and a saved address — your ordering page works the same either way.
Do I need special equipment?
You can receive orders on any Android tablet running Android 7 or newer, or use a tablet supplied by us. Thermal printing is optional.
How do customers pay?
For takeout, offer payment at pickup or accept online cards through a connected Square or Clover account — your restaurant remains the merchant. Delivered orders are paid online when the customer orders.
Are there really no order fees?
On takeout: no commission, no per-order fee, no per-message fee — the service is $49.99/month plus tax after the trial. Optional delivery through the Livro.ca network is 15% per delivered order, never the up to 30% marketplaces can take. Standard payment-processing fees are separate when online payment is enabled.
Is delivery available in my area?
Delivery is conditional on network coverage: more than 3 approved drivers based within 30 km of your restaurant. Drivers apply through chauffeur.restaurant, our driver-network app. The moment your area clears that bar, the delivery offer appears in your control center automatically — and the signup page checks your area live. Takeout works everywhere, today.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime from your control centre.
